What to send with an enquiry to get an accurate quote
We quote a rate per metric tonne and a completion date. To give you a number that will still be true at billing time, we need to know what we are pricing. Here is the short list.
The five that matter most
- **Drawings** — GA drawings at minimum; fabrication drawings if you have them. This is where tonnage comes from, so nothing else can be firm without it.
- **Tonnage** — your own estimate, even a rough one. It tells us the scale of deployment and lets us sanity-check against the drawings.
- **Site location** — the actual plot, not just the city. Access, transport distance and local conditions all move the price.
- **Timeline** — the completion date you need, and whether it is fixed by a commissioning date. A four-month job squeezed into two is a different crew size and a different number.
- **Scope split** — do you want fabrication and erection, erection only, or fabrication only? And who is supplying the steel?
The three that avoid surprises later
- Is the plant running, or is this a greenfield site? A live plant means permits, restricted access and often night work.
- Are foundations already cast, and has the anchor-bolt setting-out been checked?
- Is there a painting system beyond primer, and who specifies it?
What you will get back
A rate per metric tonne, a clear statement of what is in scope and what is not, an honest completion period, and the crew size we intend to deploy. Not a brochure.
If something in the enquiry is ambiguous, we will ask rather than assume. An assumption made at quoting time is the thing that becomes an argument at billing time.
How to send it
WhatsApp or call **+91 74172 63932**, or email **[email protected]**. Drawings can come as PDF or DWG. If the file is large, send a link — we would rather have the real drawing than a photograph of a screen.
